About PivotPoint Leadership

Tammy Martin-Causey, PhD is a certified professional coach and managing partner with Pivot Point Leadership and a licensed psychologist and President of PsychArizona. Having presented nationally and locally to many audiences, I get excited about speaking and motivating groups to be the change in their organizations when change is necessary to move the company to the next level. I encourage leaders to use their strengths to motivate and influence people to create vision and accomplish goals as a team.

I also currently teach business growth strategies and visioning while providing leadership nationally for psychologists who are self-employed . I also serve as President for the Independent Practice Division of the American Psychological Association in 2009.
